Trip binder

Everything you need, on paper, in one folder.

The plan you build on this site is only useful if you have it at 6am in an airport with a dead phone. The trip binder turns it into a printable pack: itinerary, checklist, clinic questions, Spanish phrases, emergency contacts, and a budget worksheet. It's free.

01

Day-by-day itinerary

Your procedure's actual schedule, with appointments, restrictions, and the buffer days marked.

02

Document checklist

Everything to carry, everything to verify, and the dates to do each by.

03

Questions for your clinic

The specific ones that reveal how a clinic operates, printed so you don't forget them in the room.

04

Medical Spanish sheet

Pain, allergies, medication, emergencies. Written phonetically, big enough to point at.

05

Emergency contact card

Clinic, embassy, insurer, and your people at home. Wallet-sized.

06

Medication log

A printed grid for whoever is tracking doses, which will not be you on day two.

07

Budget worksheet

Your trip cost estimate with blanks for the real numbers as you book them.

08

Aftercare plan

Records checklist, local provider details, and the escalation path for when you're home.

Request it

Eight fields. No health questions.

I don't ask what condition you have, what medications you take, or anything else clinical. Not because it wouldn't be useful, but because collecting health data on a website creates obligations and risks that serve me and not you. Trip logistics only.

Response time

I build these by hand, from Medellín. Expect a reply within one business day. If you need something faster, WhatsApp is instant during Colombian business hours.

What I'm not

Not a doctor, not a clinic, not a medical referral service, and not able to tell you whether a procedure is right for you. I plan trips. For anything clinical, talk to a licensed physician.

No health data collected. No third-party sharing. See privacy.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

What is the trip binder, exactly?

A PDF pack built around your specific trip: a day-by-day itinerary, a pre-departure document checklist, a printed list of questions to ask your clinic, a medical Spanish phrase sheet, an emergency contact card, a medication log, and a trip budget worksheet. Designed to be printed and carried, because your phone will die at the worst moment.

What does it cost?

Nothing. It exists because people who plan properly have better trips, and because when you're ready to compare surgeons you'll probably remember who helped you.

What happens to my information?

Your name, email, and trip details go to me so I can build and send the binder, and so I can follow up if you want help. No health information is collected — deliberately — and nothing is sold to third parties. See the privacy page for the full detail.

Will I get spammed?

No. You'll get the binder, and one follow-up asking whether it was useful. If you ask a question you'll get an answer. That's the whole system.

Can I just talk to a person instead?

Yes. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me and I'm in the same time zone as your clinic. No form required.
