Build your actual trip.

Pick what you're having done, where you're flying from, and how you like to travel. You get a day-by-day itinerary, a housing spec, a trip budget with a contingency line, and a printable checklist. It calculates instantly — nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored.

Your trip

“Minimum” is the shortest stay commonly cleared. “Safe” is what people who have done this actually book. The difference is a changed flight versus a missed one.

How the numbers are built

No black box

Flights use a mid-point of typical 2026 round-trip fares from your region, multiplied by travellers. Lodging uses per-night rates for your city and tier — Cartagena is expensive, Cali is not. Ground transport assumes you're getting to appointments, not sightseeing. Food is per person per day. Supplies covers garments, dressings, pharmacy items, and the specific things your procedure requires.

Then twelve per cent is added on top. That's the contingency line, and it is the single most important number on the page. Trips run long. Flights get changed. An appointment gets added. Every experienced medical traveller budgets for this and every first-timer deletes it.

These are planning ranges, not quotes.

Airfares swing hundreds of dollars by season and booking window. Lodging moves with the exchange rate. Nothing here is a price you have been offered, and nothing here should be the basis of a financial commitment. Get real numbers in writing from real vendors before you book.
